HNZ UMF 10+ Manuka honey supports natural healing and bacterial balance and is excellent for daily for an immunity boost, MGO 275+ equivalent.

Dosage: When unwell: 1 – 2 teaspoons recommended up to three times a day while symptoms persist. For daily use: 1 – 2 teaspoons daily.

Manuka honey has natural antibacterial properties that is beneficial for;
