  • The online JB price is $632 at the minute. Are you sure the $495 ticketed price wasnt with the 20% off?

  • are you sure this is i5 model, because from the parts no on the invoice show this is only B950 CPU

  • so it's not Core i5 then. I have never seen a NEW Core i5 laptop which is below $400! I should also mention it's a TOSHIBA laptop.

  • ive scored a i3 for 299 from here, so id imagine i5 might not be impossible, but the radeon in this seems to make it very unlikely

  • +1

did OP take home the wrong laptop or did the guys at JB mix it up?

this is C850/02D at $632.80, the C850/074 shown on receipt is a Pentium B960

  • wrong description

  • I wasn't aware of the lower spec'd model - perhaps not the bargain I hoped for…

  • It's still a bargain as OW is selling it for $497 but probably will hit the front page if it is a Core I5 or even a I3. Thanks for the effort tho :)

  • "available online @ this price, note it is NOT the I5 version - is this still ok at the price?"

It's an OK price but it only has a 3 cell battery? I've never seen a 15" with a 3 cell before.

  • Wow you bought a laptop and didnt even know what you was getting
With only a Pentium B950 its not that great, an i3 would make it ok
Price beat this with office work for another $19.88 off make this laptop $377.72

    • Shoot first, ask qns later. Returning is always an option

      • i rather take the toshiba over the hp but only if i really need a laptop. And do youself a favor and remove the question mark from the title

  • I was actually looks at the hp dm1 which is $358 ( amd e450 1.6ghz.) Is this faster? Not so fussed on the size…

  • you got "JB HiFi'ed" my freind =)

  • pvergers, since this is clearly a mistake initially at posting the wrong model, and your post seems to be more of getting member opinions on what they think would be a deal,I'm moving this post to the forums.
