Noticed that iceberg lettuce is even cheaper now at Woolies at $1.90 each. Looks like this is only for the Victorian catalogue.

      Damn it, right after buying up all the lettuces I could find at $8 each so I can flip them on ebay like toilet paper as well, hope they last just as long…

          during peak of pandemic when we ran out of toilet paper, lettuce was a valid option but nobody wasn't looking foward for tip of the iceberg.

  • Last lettuce I got from woolies (home delivery) had about enough lettuce on it for a small salad. Got more lettuce out of a 200g bag of pre washed and cut.

    Seen them for 99c in a Sydney fruit shop out the front this morning….Even cheaper than normal.
