Thermalright with the best value dual tower air cooler with performance comparable to the Noctua NH-D15 but for $100 less

  Legit question could you not turn any other 120m tower cooler into a dual fan just by mounting a spare fan with the spare mount on the other side.

    Yeah, although this is a dual tower design like the D15 (i.e. two seperate heatsinks for each end of the heatpipes) which probably increases performance compared to a single tower.
