        I doubt they would, it doesn't just happen for PS5's, happens for everything, Amazon is basically like an online store of their own mashed up with ebay sort of thing. I suppose it's to their benefit as well, they want to be known as a big ass store that has absolutely everything, rare things, out of production things. There will always be those high paid earners who forgot to buy a PS5 for their son and go, sweet, I found it on amazon, I'll pay for it!

        same. but no really good games on the PS5 i want to play. could get it cheaper on PC or Steam. Sony should bundle it with their A90J flagship or upper models. Harder hoop to jump through for scalpers using bots etc

          I bought a LG G1 77 thinking i'd have a ps5 (the ps4 pro looks great on it) - but realistically i am very very excited for God of War 2 on the ps5, that'll be the first true hero game i want to play.

      Depends what kind of home theatre you have and want. Does a fine job playing Ultra 4K discs but missing some advanced features. If you’re just after lower streaming quality then it’s fine.

      The PS5 is $799.95, so the game is effectively only $45. Of course it probably only cost Sony 15 cents to stamp out a blu ray disc of a first party game.

          Well then it probably cost Sony 1.5 cents to print the thing with a code on it. And it'll save you from needing to put the disc in every time you want to play the game.

      would have something to do with either

      a) Amazon wanting to take market share from the other PS5 retailers, and are happy to forsake margin, or
      b) Amazon's policy of requiring a minimum of 60 days' notice for any price rises - which Sony may of missed for the latest shipment(s)

    Amazon courier "delivered" it to me but I didn't receive it! It says "signature required" and no one even knocked on the door.
    Contacted Amazon support within 10 minutes (the driver should be not far from me yet) and they said they will contact me in 24 hours, unbelievable.
