If I was buying something from an Australia website, I would assume that I could return any faulty items to Australia and not Hong Kong. That also voids any warranties for this item because posting a ukulele to Hong Kong would be a lot more expensive than getting a refund.
Agree on some points but if .com.au meant everything in Australia seems a bit naive, first purchase would be checking ABN, shipping and refund policy, like the link you provide rang some bells.
@dlovep: They don't have an ABN and store rep has stated so in previous posts (but is registered in Hong Kong)
Can't you just flip a regular one over?

For most ukulele's, yes, just need to re-string if the strings are different gauges but most are all the same so just re-tune. This one has a cutout so might be uncomfortable flipped.
