  • Got one, thanks OP.

  • A sincere request to buyers to please post your honest review on Amazon :)

There is also a full set of 3 adapters and 100W cable bundle in White for $39.99 Link

    • i assume you mean 3 port adapter and 100w cable

      • +2

the 3 adapters are tracelv converters for international plug

    • that is only 1 adapter with 3 ports, or is there another link?

    • Why do you need a 100W cable if the brick only supports 65W?

      • More device support compared to 65w cables

      • +1

        Why not?

    • checked in detail, this is basically the same unit as the deal posted, except it comes with travel adaptors for the extra $5. Shame that the AU plug is inverted, meaning it's just the chinese plug.

    • +1

It's showing $79.99 for me. How to get $39.99?

    • cant see the 50% coupon?

    • Can you give us a 50% off coupon on the 100w charger?

      • Lets save some deals for Black Friday ;)

        • +4

Me and many others here are in the market for one now :)
Surely you can win over over with a decent deal today?

        • +5

with the very small few 15min deals provided today i dont think your company can handle black friday.

          • +1

@HunterxHunter9000: The deal was first offered to Zyron existing customers before it was posted here so it has been live over couple of hours

    • price already back to full? can we get more discount again?

      • We don't have much stock of the 66W chargers unfortunately but most of our other chargers are on sale as well. One of our most under rated is Deskpod 156W available for $79.99

        • Unfortunetly out of the bufget was looking for a bargain in the $40 range. I liked your https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0B8MV55DK for that price but well have to either wait for another sale from you guys for it soon or look for a diffrent brand.

    • This deal on the full set did not last long enough, could you run it again or give us a coupon please?

      • Certainly but it would take some time to add stock. It will be back live in 3-4 days. Currently we have Powerpod 100 on sale and in stock

  • Date First Available 29 April 2021 … So where are the reviews?

    • That date comes from the existing white Powerpod Link the data got copied. We'll fix it

  • Shows up as $69.99 for me?

    • Did you tick the 50% off coupon box?

      • +1

My bad, that was it. Picked one up. Thanks!

    • apply coupon right under the price

    limit per one per customer?

There is a legion of these companies that can't even be bothered producing collateral showing the Australian wall plug, and the plugs they do show don't have the required insulative coating on them meaning they aren't compliant with Australian code, is astounding.

Any company that can't even put that base minimal effort into asking for my money, I don't trust with a product that could easily kill you.

    • ordered but should I cancel now?

      • +1

the travel version look like it has insulated pins for an AU plug, is only $5 more

      • +4

Their other ads show aussie adaptors that look up to spec, but these things are so power dense and there's been that many reports of "aliexpress" type brand ones catching fire that it's one of those products that I, personally, would only ever trust to an established/store brand name.

        • +3

          cancelled my order, thank you

happy to pay a premium for a quality product if that makes sense

        • Any links to such reports? Genuinely curious because I was about to buy one but don't want it blowing up on me.

        • +3

Same charger sold by Hyper 66W. They are an established American brand. We do sell OEM chargers just like Hyper and we make sure we test and certify them to Australian Standards. Our Powastone 120W is manufactured by same factory that produces chargers for Baseus. Deskpod 156W comes for same factory as the upcoming Alogic 200w charger. Powerpod-PRO 108 model is same as the one sold by Comsol Australiawide in Officeworks. Also, we pack the Deskpod 156W with a proper USB-IF certified USB-C cable which I don't believe even a named brand does.

          • @ibelievesyd: Thanks good to know! now can you bring the deal back for those who have missed out on it? :D

            • +1

@drilly: Currently we have other chargers on sale :) Will try to get a batch of 66W in a couple of weeks

    • +3

All our chargers have genuine certifications. Each charger is listed on the EESS register. Certificate GMA-513161-EA/00 for both Powerpod 66. The insulated AU plug image has been uploaded and should be live soon.

The company rep in this thread was selling "Nexon" chargers less then 2 years ago. Now nexonpower.com.au is not even registered. Wonder how long before they rebrand Zyron to some other random name.

      • +1

We have already applied for a trademark for Zyron, so no further rebranding :) We have rebranded already and are never gonna use it so why keep active.

    • -3

I don't understand why your legitimate comment is being downvoted, bunch of babies lol

  • i would assume it is the same as my Heymix charger? just rebranded?
the only con i can think of is the plug style. they all come with US plug on its own, but usually an AU plug adapter is included, which adds to the size

    • look at the pictures of the other version they are selling for 39.99. The adapter attached to the US plug while it's folded into the charger, so it appears to be tightly attached to it and doesn't add too much to the size, BUT, it is a chinese plug, so the charger would be inverted in an AU power socket.

    • +4

yep, minix, heymix, mopoint, now zyron, they are all the same charger.

mine blew up and tripped the circuit breaker after 6 months.

    • +3

Mate no offense but your comment encapsulates how unaware public is from the challenges of (good) product development.

Almost all companies, including a decent amount of ‘brand’ names use off the shelf designs. Because designing, validating and producing a product is incredibly hard and costly. (Don’t know this industry specifically, but I can’t imagine designing the actual guts of this, tooling, setting up production and testing costing less than multiple millions. Who can drop that money like that?)

Most brands get most parts if not the entire module from the OEM and slap a brand and sell it.

Almost everything that is costly to design and produced is like this.

  • OzBargained

    • i was able to get the travel one just after it was expired because i still had it in my cart. Hopefully they will honour it

  • wow i literally just got it. Nice.

  • Any more coupon for the 100w or the travel charger?

  • Just got one and the page turned out of stock immediately

  • How does it compare to this one besides 2 ports vs 3?

    • Just don't. A no-name brand saving you a few ten dollar bills isn't worth the continual replacements it'll require (or your house/life).

    • +1

I've used this one you linked for 3 months now with zero issues, super fast charging. if you register it too, you'll get an extra year of warranty.
      I'm actually getting another one.

  • damn, just missed the deal, and spent 140 for a 140W GaN USB C Charger, Aftertop PD3.1 3-Port 100W

      • can you plz PM me when deal launched?

  • can anyone recommend a VOOC 65w charger?

  • I missed out = (

    Will it be back?

    • Same here. I was going to buy this last night but missed out :(

  • Anyone know what the smallest 60-70w charger is? Looking for lights/smallest for EDC pack.

    • +1

The amazon listing for this deal says

      World's Smallest 3-Port 65W USB-C GaN Charger

    • +1
