If you walk into a Telstra store on the Sunshine Coast before the 30th of June, and sign up to a $49 cap over 24 months, you will receive a $100 debit card. I believe that Telstra and JB Hi-Fi have done similar deals in the past, except with gift cards.
If you have an ABN, Telstra Business are offering $100 credit on new 24 month contracts including smartphones. It seems that recontracting (existing) customers are also eligible.
