My samsung has a 10 second shutter exposure maximum. Will this bypass it?
Don't know why, but the app keeps crashing on my Pixel 6 whenever I tap the settings gear within the app.
Same Pixel 6 pro on Android 13. Maybe not compatible with Android 13?
It may be using an old or outdated Camera API that is not compatible with your hardware
This app is no longer receiving updates most likely — it was last updated in April 2020. So it may have compatibility issues with newer hardware.
Why would you need this app for a Pixel. Quality of pixel cameras is already none less than any DSLR

For some reason Manual Camera no longer lets my POCO X3 (ArrowOS android 11) make manual adjustments to shutter speed/ISO. Manual focus works though.
ProCam X works fine for all though, and both haven't been updated for over 2 years. I personally prefer ProCam's UI anyway.
