    As long as your laptop has bluetooth, then these (or any bluetooth speakers) will pair with it.

    Bluetooth always introduces some latency. Phone apps are usually well integrated so they delay the video to match the bluetooth latency. Windows doesn't do this.

    Some bluetooth devices support lower latency codecs (Qualcom Aptx or Sony LDAC). According to this review, the JBL Flip 5 is not good in this regard: JBL Flip 5 review

    most likely will notice latency, my experience on flip 4 is between 200 - 500ms. flip 4 has aux input, no latency with wire connection, not sure about flip 5.

  Spew, I paid $114 early August. Have two of them now. They can both pair fairly easily on the android app ie party mode, but it's problematic with iphone. Even one speaker on iphone pauses spotify on occasion for no reason.
