  Hmm, I'd go grab a 65 C2 for $3400-$3500ish if you're already this far in, unless 55 is just the perfect size for your space, or your desk or whatever.

  I got a 65" C1 for $2750 and my sweet Samsung Plasma that became TV #2 died just two weeks after the $1795 55" C1 TV's were going out the door. Now I'm stuck paying G1 prices for the C range, or get a different TV. 55" is what I want for the second TV, sigh.

  Paid and picked up a 55” c2 from the good guys for 2380 today

  Told them I was going to buy on eBay from there corporate store with code PLUSSEP1 5% off for a total of 2500.25 including 35$ freight.

  Asked if they could match that as I would prefer to have a physical store to ask for help should there be issues with the panel.

  And was surprised to be offered 2380 for a 55” OR originally was looking at a 48” for 2090 under the same above discussion

  Pretty stoked considering I was a week away of pulling the trigger on 2995 - 48” as I was getting impatient
