Many (most ?) take various safety shortcuts, and aren't certified - they can be dangerous, and some will actively try to kill you and/or burn your house down.
A seller doesn't need to meet any kind of standards to just import a batch of units and start selling them on eBay….

Same here, very bad service.
Don't get one of these for a gaming laptop like a Legion 5. Even though it will charge (slowly) off a 65W USB-C PD, it won't charge off a slim tip with anything less than 230W.
Any slim brick for Legion 5 pro you recommend ?
I've been using Choetech 100W GAN ,but laptop promts slow charging
I haven't had a problem with using the slow charger (I have a 65W GaN USB-C myself.)
If I was gaming then I use the 300W slim tip that it came with.
I was about to get one for my Legion Y720 and 65W would be really quite slow, thanks!
Non-oem under $20 on eBay work fine
