  Curious - it says up to 250C continously monitoring temperature.

  Does this mean stuck in some meat on the BBQ or can you actually put these in the oven stuck in the meat? Surely they'd melt?

  Yes I know it's a stupid question but I'd love something that could tell me when chicken is properly cooked in the oven for example. It varies greatly I'm finding.

    I assume the continuous monitoring temperature is just for the probes in the meat, but the unit is kept out of the Oven/BBQ.
