    If they had 1-3 months left, I'd call this a fair comment. If around 50% off usual Pharmacy retail with 1+ year on most items isn't good enough, I'm going to have to really go back to the drawing board. The only items in this bundle with shabby exp dates are the lozenges and the Hayfexo, but they are also the items usually consumed pretty quickly. The way these deals come together is by me pressuring the reps for better pricing, sometimes (like with the lozenges and hayfexo in this deal) these lower prices are achieved by pushing out the slightly older stock.

    Thanks for the neg,

    We sent you an email at 7.36pm on the 5th of September advising you that delivery would be in around 10 working days from dispatch, the email address we sent this to was: [email protected]. This means that 8 working days have passed since the item entered the postal system.

    Can you consider removing the neg, once you confirm you:

    Have received the dispatch confirmation email to your bigpond email account and confirm the "average" number of days from dispatch to delivery have not yet passed concerning your order, ie the order is not even late yet.

    If Ozbargainers have delivery queries our customer service email address is listed on our website (many clients just reply to our paypal payments address which receives up to a thousand emails per day and is very hard to monitor so we maintain a separate customer service email address.)     Probably worth looking elsewhere for cold and flu medication unless you've found these specific tablets work for you - they're phenylephrine which have not been clinically proven to be effective as a decogestant tablet. Almost all of the studies done have seen a negligible difference to the control group.

        There's Codral "Original Formula", which has Pseudoephedrine in it and works well in many people.

        Because Pseudoephedrine can be used to make meth, there is a system to capture names and addresses of those purchasing it to stop someone going to multiple pharmacies to get a whole bunch of it - see https://ng.guildcare.com.au/projectstop

        Because of initiatives like this globally, drug producers have started making an alternative with Phenylephrine, often called "New Formula". It's a drug that is used clinically intraveneously with good effect, but basically does nothing when taken in a tablet. But there is a barrier to purchasing Pseudoephedrine based drugs, so why would pharmaceutical companies let science get in the way of profits?

        I highly recommend you don't take the word of some stranger on the internet and do some of your own reading, but that's the gist of it.
