Dell broke my heart, no more Dell this year!

    • What happened?

I bought an R12 during COVID because my old computer was not fit for purpose. Fast forward 1 year, it is now suffering from black screen and nvlddmkm TDR 117 error and they need to replace the desktop despite they have changed my GFX 2x, mobo, and RAM. However, they didn't change my PSU which I suspected now is the reason for this TDR issue.
