Xbox Controller Chargers Worth It?

I'm wondering about getting a charging dock for my Xbox controllers. I have 3 controllers. I'm currently using eneloops because as a bargainr I have stacks of them. We don't actually Game much so the batteries last us weeks. I'm really wondering if it's worth getting a charger. It's really more that I need some sort of stand to keep them neat.

I don't wanna spend $15 on a plastic stand. I'm not sure about $25 for a charging stand that only holds 2 when I could get 8 ladda for the same price. What's the cheap house wisdom?

    if you're swimming in eneloops just use batteries - always ready to go whenever. Unless you just keep your controllers on charge all the time.

    Eneloops pro do my two controllers just fine, don't have to charge them up that often, obviously depends how much you game I guess! 🎮

    I just got a cheap black and white stand off AliExpress and they look great, would recommend that.

    YES! Especially when you share a house with a lazy 20yo, who can't be bothered returning the batteries, let alone put them in the charger!

    I've got three of the cheap and cheerful dual charging stands. The batteries are fairly rubbish, but it encourages the kids to return the controllers to their charger so they don't miss out playing because their battery went dead.

    You could always 3D print some stands for 50c of plastic - the additional $250 for the printer is a higher upfront cost, but you'll get a lot of value out of it!!

    This one has served me well and just makes things 'easier'. Plus they look better sitting like that

    Yes they are! Saves having to always have a ready supply of batteries. I have 2 controller charge docks, so the kids' controllers are always charged and ready to go.
