      I would recommend you try the Enterprise Blend.
      Slightly darker roast than the Sumatra so may be what you are looking for.

      Stargazer is actually our fastest growing blend in popularity at the moment. It’s another level darker than Enterprise so a little more punchy in the flavour department.

    Perfect timing. I just ran out of thunderchild today and about to run out of the decaf. I actually thought of ordering today, then this deal comes up!

    I did have a thought though - have you considered having an even darker roast than thunderchild? I really love how intense it is, but maybe I've gotten used to the chocolate and almost slightly burnt notes and am wanting more of that hit!

      A longer roast won’t necessarily mean more of what you are after. You may want to try an extra shot when making your brew. That could do the trick 🙂

        FWIW both the thunderchild and decaf are excellent for Vietnamese coffee. I've been getting bored of milk based espressos lately so I've been mixing it up a bit with other types of coffee. I think I'm getting into the Vietnamese coffee craze so much I might even start to stir fry your beans in butter and sugar before running it through a filter…sacrilege!

      That is really up to your preference. You can have between 10g - 20g per cup (250ml of water). Adjust to taste

          It's a reasonable jump Herb in terms of darkness - by all means go for it but if you wanted to step halfway between, try the Stargazer.

    I wish coffee roasters offered a trial pack or something, like 5 x 100g of different coffee for $30 or $40 so we can see which one we like the most before buying 500g or 1kg of a particular type.
