Their FAQ says delivery can be 3 weeks.
However, in recent sales they took 5 weeks. When people asked what was going on, they said it was a delay by the supplier.
There's a page for them on Facebook where some people say they've been waiting 8 weeks or more.
But I've spoken with other people who've told me that OzSale usually gets products to you within the 3 weeks stated.
I forgot to say, my order was late. I had to chase for a reason, which they said was supplier delay. Then I had to chase for when the delivery would occur.
They got the order a bit wrong and when I contacted them they gave me a store credit, saying to contact them if I wanted a credit card refund. I contacted them via the website as they asked me to do, over a week ago.
No credit card refund has been made yet :S
I should also say, I checked their website a second ago.
They have a message waiting for me.

Kind of weird, none of the playboy sunglasses (that I can see) have any playboy bunny logo or print on it - are they genuine?

I was told they are coming from "overseas", and am now concerned that they are indeed going to be fakes.
They are fakes. I got them and have contacted them. Someone on their facebook page also created a big stir about it being fake. Mine look like cheap flimsy shit will dust and scratches all over it. The motif seems to rub off easily too and looks wrong.
Any chance of an update when/if they get back to you?
Would like to know their stance on the sale of fake items.
Received mine today, clearly fake, and actually worse than the pairs i paid $2 for in Bali and Thailand.
Put in a paypal claim, which it appears they are disputing.

Yup this is what i got too. I made a paypal dispute and they asked me to give them proof that these glasses are fake at my own cost. I just did a CC chargeback.
If u do a paypal dispute don't do "item not as described"..break the sunglasses and then do "damaged goods". In that ways you'll get your money back.
Same, got a reply to my "not as described" claim, asking for proof.
One thing i have been able to find so far is it appears the VP logo that is printed on these is not a logo used on any Playboy merchandise, as it was registered for "services and entertainment" not goods.
I have contacted the licence holders for marilyn monroe and playboy. Playboy got back to me and asked for pics so fingers crossed something happens.
I got my shipping cost back through paypal. I made a claim. I was asked to provide proof it was fake but i told them i have already sent the products back which i had and i got my money back. Ozsale refunded credit back onto one of my accounts but not on the other but i don't care as i won't be using these guys again.
Ozsale seems to delete and hide your negative comments on facebook and even seems to be blocking users too. So be careful.
