FREE pancakes today all day from 10 am till closing (Parramatta closes at Midnight and Brighton Le Sands closes at 1 am)

• One serving per person
• Dine-in only - no takeaway
• Certain toppings only

I went there with my 4 boys today and got 2 stack pancakes with a choice of topping (Fountain chocolate, Canadian maple syrup, white chocolate, butterscotch sauce, Nutella) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. No need to purchase anything else. Even got to take home the leftovers.

    I saw it, your welcome. Actually was great, got a park right out front. It's packed, but if you don't mind an outside table seated in under 5min. Pancakes with your choice of sauce (butterscotch, maple, Nutella, fountain chocolate, some others) and a scoop for free. Fruit toppings and extra 5 bucks
