Picked some up last week. They're pretty tasty and spicy. It has quite a bit of meat. Maybe not a full meal though.
Rice comes in a little Korean typical tub and the meat/sauce in a pouch. Microwave for 2min and combine in the container. Simple for a work lunch

These are surprisingly good for what they are and have a surprisingly long shelf life for something that contains meat.
