    Thanks OP

Thanks for link they are cheaper than another company I have been using so I stocked up on my dogs food too.

These are delicious. Dog likes them too

  • Teenie size seems to be OOS.
I just tried to make an order with other items to try and qualify for free shipping with orders over $49. But the discount disappears. Anyone else having the same issue?

  • Bummer needed these. Much better option than the clean and scale at the vets which I was quoted near $1k.

    • Paid $600 each for my two dogs, Greenies won't do anything near that. I give my dogs Greenies every evening, and that may slow the progress of buildup, but you really need to brush their teeth

      • Crazy prices I know. But worth shopping around ended up getting my dog done for $170.

        • Where at? The main cost is anaesthesia

Everywhere else was $700+, I asked, you know you need to put a tube down the airway and give a GA and they said yes, its a simple quick procedure and they do many of them. I did a bit of research on the practice and was happy.

Saved $530 on my next best quote.

    • Don't worry, you didn't miss anything.
The only way these clean your dog's teeth is through abrasion, they have no 'teeth cleaning' ingredients. And then at the same time they are full of crap ingredients. There are a lot of better options to clean dogs teeth. Dog is much better off having a bone to chew on every now and then

      • Could be right but my vet did recommend them to me last week as one of two brands that have evidence to help so I thought maybe worth trying -bones have downsides as well unfortunately.

        • There are minimal downsides when given the appropriate size and type of bone and supervised. Not only is it great for dental but it is excellent mental and physical stimulation.

Some examples include duck/chicken/turkey feet, frames, wings, necks, beef/lamb/pig ribs, loin, neck, and brisket, kangaroo tails. Different parts will clean in different ways and areas of the mouth.

          Here is a useful diagram

  • Greenies are full of crap ingredients… not for for your pets teeth at all. Just give them raw food

    • +1

Sounds expensive but I agree, raw food is the best bet

      • It isn't really. Dog food costs around $8/kg, and it's only 30% protein.
