      So what? Plenty of places have a ridiculous RRPs listed and don't go back to those prices after the sale ends, I don't recall any particular ACCC or OzBargain rules stating prices HAVE to go back to RRP once a deal ends.

          Yeah definitely, I mean UGG Australia certainly haven't helped themselves at times (particularly in the early days), but it seems like they've largely fixed support issues. Now it just appears to be an idiotic pile on, with the odd person crying over a single incident they had that happened 4 years ago, and animal rights nutjobs sooking over dead animals.

          ….. and the irony of people like Watchnerd commenting about excessive posting on Ozbargain is a little amusing.

    The description mentions a few times that these are made in Australia however previous posts members have commented the soles are made in China. I clicked on the link & couldn't see any mention of this, just Australia mentioned many times.

    Also the Rep continues to mention fake jacked up RRP on the 8 posts made every month in order to try and increase sales, but I've checked a few times now and the price doesn't go back to RRP after these posts expire.

    Plus numerous comments of poor quality & boots falling apart in old posts.

                  If you’re still looking for uggs I recommend you buy from Ugg Australia, you get what you pay for. @R00D please answer these questions. Do you think they are being honest with the RRP prices each week? Do you see these posts as genuine bargains or are they just spamming ozbargain with 8 posts a month? I’d be curious to know your unbiased thoughts.

                    @bennybaubles: I don't really care about inflated RRP. I do know that this is the marketing strategy of many retailers, not just this mob.
                    I don't care if you think a certain retailer is spamming OzBargain either, provided they're offering a good price, that's what matters. I've purchased from them before and think their product at the sale price is good value. I have no affiliation with this retailer.
                    As I've said to others, why come on here time and again and be negative about these posts? Why does it trouble you so much? Why not just ignore them?
                    Plus, if you're going to bother and come on here and cry, why not provide us with an alternative of comparable price?

Even if the item was bought from a local supplier it doesn't mean it's made locally. Can you confirm the origin of Starr Rubber & Plastic soles?
