    Did you really buy one? Seems way overpriced & then you've got delivery on top.

    You can get similar @Kmart for $8.00 as mentioned below.

      Hey mate, yes, I have the grid x foam roller
      I don't advocate for any brand, but at the time I really needed a foam roller to relief multiple pain and stress issues when I was runing with flat feet and I went with the most aggressive nubs I saw , it worked to releif the pain, but it hurt a fair bit too

    Bad foam rollers will have less dense foam, and then it doesn't do the job. Not to say Kmart produces bad foam rollers or ILS is good.
