I just used this 2 weeks ago for my Bali trip.

Klook sims are good value and convenient- they meet you outside the arrivals gate and set up your phone with the Bali/Indonesian Sim.

This deal is really great as includes airport transfer and power adapter socket set as well!

Price is from $9 as the distance from airport increases cost.

it cost me to $12 to get this package with travel to Sanur.

the sim on its own is usually $9.15.

my return trip from sanur to the airport was $11. - so yeah.

The Klook people are waiting for you at the arrivals with a sign and your name on it. - they set up your phone for you and then whisk you off to your destination. (if you take the toll road then make sure you have Rp13,000 ( ~$1.30) with you.)

when you purchase this package you will need to provide a copy of your passport (photo and name page), a photo of you holding the passport, and your phones IMEI number.

      Indonesian SIM cards work nationwide. However, the strength of the signals vary.

    You say if you use the toll road have extra cash for it, we're heading to sanur, do we get a choice if we want to use toll or not? We're happy just to go the other way. Or is it up to the driver?

      usually the driver will ask if you want to use the toll road.

      it's a lot faster- very little traffic on it.

    I have purchased, but not asked for passport and imei details, just given QR code to present on pickup. Well I receive a seperate email at some stage?

          10gbs is heaps.

          i was there for 12 days and had a 2gb data usage warning after 10 days of basic searching (google maps, gojek, facebook, candy crush ads, etc etc).

          i hotspotted for my kids during this time as well

          your accommodation will have wifi (and plenty of free wifi at cafes), so you can do data hungry stuff there

    They have changed the car group numbers… Second group used to be for 5 people, and they didn't mention luggage!! (that's what I booked) Think I'll be okay with 2 adults, 2 x 12yr olds and 1 x 5yr old.. 2 x check-in bags, and 5 x carry on..? Thought we could have carry on in our laps.. Just a zone 1 ride… I did look up the car example before booking.. "Toyota Innova ; Capacity, persons, 6 - 8 max ; Luggage, qty, 2 large and 3 small"

    This is false advertising by Klook it clearly says 10gb but once you sign up it goes to 6gb. When I queried it they said sorry we haven’t updated our website yet. Scammers. I’m going to try and cancel the deal and go with the Telcomcell 18gb for $10.45 deal.

      I noticed that too actually! But I got this more for the airport transfer, rather than the SIM. I already bought SIM cards so this one was just like a bonus one for me. But funny that they updated the car details, but haven't updated the SIM details.. (since the price reverted back to full price) It still says 10GB!
