Is Costco here in Australia OK with returning items you're just not satisfied with or have changed your mind? I've just moved here from North America and Costco there are amazingly easy with returns/refunds…
Yeah they are fairly good… some electronic items do have 90 day change of mind policy IIRC.

We've got the 35c, which works fine, but gets full fast - we've ended up breaking our house into four zones because of this - admittedly, we also have a cat which is a shedly beast, so if you don't have a big place and/or too much dust, you should be OK. Also, does not entire replace a normal vacuum - you'll just need it a lot less often, and it'll be a lot easier when you do.
Things which are annoying - it's random walk, so sometimes it'll just miss a patch or dust bunnies.
Things which are really annoying, but you don't think they will be before you buy it: the 35c has a broadcast wifi AP that you can't disable without signing up to the fairly useless eufy cloud. (We solved this by signing up, adding the device to our local wifi and then blocking it at router level - no good reason for a vacuum cleaner to be on the internet).
Things which are really annoying, but are hard to find info on: It's a bloody vampire. Can't stand sunlight. If it gets caught in a beam of sunlight, it will back itself into a corner and beep madly (the drop sensors implementation is broken - it thinks very bright light is a stair or other drop). Just need to pick your time of day to run, or pick a cloudy day - especially problematic in winter with low light.
Still, we paid $200 on a JB special, and we're happy to live with the irritations for that price.
Friend lives in a 70 sq. McMansion all on 1 level - will this be able to map and clean that size, or require to get 2 (or 3)?
Can I buy It online without a membership number? I am in Darwin and there is no costco here.
