    Does not mean much if they don't say at what voltage. OK, so it is 36V if you dig down.
    But I find their range claims surprisingly low, given that they are "assisted".

      Hi, You are correct. The batteries are 36V 10Ah or 9.6Ah. You can also upgrade to 14.4Ah or 15Ah or 19.2Ah or 20Ah to suit your riding needs. The estimated range is an estimate only, and depends on the condition of the ride and many other factors such as load on bike and amount of assistance used. Hope this helps!

  i bought the 16ah version of this bike in late 2020. shipping to WA was $235.
  overall happy with the bike - it served its purpose - but damn it's heavy. wish it had rear disc brakes as well.
  i did at least 8kms every day and could probably get away with charging it once a week.
  good customer service, though.

  OP, What's the range for 10ah? Would it be enough for a one-way 23km commute with some hills along the way?

    Hi, the estimated range for 9.6Ah or 10Ah battery is between 20km to 50km. It depends on how much assistance you require, load on the bike, condition of the trip (hill), wind condition and etc. It is fair to suggest you will be right with 10Ah battery for one way trip of 23km with some hills.     Hi, thanks for your comment. The Tirol advertised comes with 20" / 2.125" wide Kenda puncture resistance tires for a peace of mind. It comes to personal preference when you are choosing the wheel size for yourself. We suggest visiting your local bike shop to try different wheel size bikes to find which size suits you best.
