Last time I tried to buy a Galaxy Tab A8 from DigiDirect they cancelled my order after a few days: "Unfortunately your order has been refunded due to a technical glitch on our website".
Thought this mob sounded familiar, checked my email receipts and yeah me too.
Being this close to Black Friday I think I'll hold off a little longer, perhaps be on the lookout from a different less dodgy retailer :/

I had the tab S7 FE and I felt it was laggy and uncomfortably big. This one is snappy and size is perfect.

And how you use it. I mainly use mine on the bed and occasionally bring it to the dinner table. It’s basically 30cm away from my face so sometimes even a mobile phone is ok for me for some midnight YouTubing :)

Do not buy this for over $100. It's genuinely a piece of crap. The display quality, despite being FHD, is straight out of 2010 with terrible colours and horrible ghosting issues. It's slow as shit.
The only reason these sell is because of the Samsung branding.

I disagree about be soooo slow. Have one beside me and use it for some multitasking stuff. No ghosting that I have noticed. I agree that the colour is on the blue side however I adjusted to to be a little warmer. I certainly wasnt expecting an OLED screen like my primary tablet. It's neither a great tablet but for sub $300 isn't too shappy either. Definitely better that any sub $200 tablet I have ever seen let alone $100!
