I was thinking Coupon Code haha! Cheers.

  • Anyone have experience with this? What’s the stability like when raised, noise level and speed of the motors

    • +1

Very stable and quite quick to raise and lower. Happy to time it if you want.

I’m lazy and sometimes lean on the table when raised and it doesn’t budge.

    • Yeah this desk (ErgoDC) is very stable when raised.

    • All these tables wobble a bit when in raised standing position with stuff on the table, it's impossible for them not to. It's all about how much you can put up with it.

  • I’ve had one of these for about 6 months now and they’re great. Smooth, flawless operation and super easy to put together.

Using a cheap IKEA tabletop for now but I love that I can change this in the future (with varying widths too).

Was debating between this is the fancy app-controller IKEA one, but I’m glad I got this. The simple 1,2,3,4 memory buttons are straightforward and easy.

  • Where to get the desk top for this frame?

    • Lots of options of custom desktops at Bunnings. Also, check what IKEA has on offer (but I strongly advise against hollow ones), the bamboo one looks great to me.

      • @Crimzic does IKEA/Bunnings provide a service to make the desk top rounded corner than default sharpy? This is my only concern purchasing separate desk top.

        • +1

Hey @spondbob, IKEA definitely don't cut timber, but I saw a bamboo desktop there with round corners if the size suits you: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/anfallare-table-top-bamboo-8046…
Regarding Bunnings, I don't think they'll do rounded cuts but better ask them directly.
All in all, if the radius of your desired corner shape is small (i.e. to make it not so sharp), you can DIY by cutting it diagonally with a saw and smoothing with wood rasp and/or sandpaper.

  • I have the full set which is table top + desk frame.
Very stable and have 4 memory of height.
Only thing you need to be aware is getting an extra hand to assemble the desk frame as mine fell on the ground and broke the screw of one side in the motor area, but still works fine.
Thinking about buying another tabletop as the depth of the original one is not deep enough.
Note: I have 1 Antec desktop case and 2x 24" monitors on monitor stand, 2 keyboards, 2 mice and 1 speaker, 1 laptop on the table.

Bought this frame with the monitor arm and put on the top in the link below. Works and looks great. Just need to find some cable management.
(monitor arm was needed as my desk is only 600w)

  • Any recommendations on aftermarket reinforcing brace for the legs to stabilise wobble?

See some of these have braces that still accommodate the telescopic legs.
