  I went looking for the last time this was posted & found these reviews -

  Bought a pair of these a while ago as a gift, super poor quality. Wool pulled right off quite easily and looked like something on par with Kmart quality. Didn’t even end up gifting it.
  Yeah i'll second this. The upper and sole of mine had come apart and winter isnt even over yet.
  Can confirm. Bought a pair in a deal earlier this year. Within a few days of wear, I noticed fluff everywhere. Bald patches quickly developed where my feet made contact with the slippers.
  Threw them out within 6 months. So if you purchase these, just know that it will lose all of the wool and you'll need to replace them after several months.
  They are VERY poor quality.
  In comparison I had a pair of Peter Alexander ones I wore for years before they were bald and I replaced with these. Never again.

  Also Rep says one thing then forgets he said the opposite in previous posts -

  We have never quoted that our soles are from overseas, our supplier of soles is based in South Australia - Starr Rubber and Plastics;

  No sole producers in Australia, therefore sole units are purchased overseas;

  go to their site and no matter what time you will see pop ups where someone bought something from somewhere, over and over, they appear to be getting up to 10 sales a minute, at all hours. If it isnt true then its a lie, and I absolutely hate when businesses do that. Because if they will lie about one thing they will lie about others. Like the inflated RRP for instance.

    +1. Every time I clicked a new part of the site, the same annoying pop up would tell me the same people just purchased something x 10. Something does not add up.

  my recent experience with them was interesting. bought 3 pairs of scuffs, one of them had some defected stitching and I emailed them and their customer service was quite good. Sent back postage paid, and they sent out a replacement pair. Weird thing is the replacement scuffs were different to the original/other scuffs i purchased - still scuffs but the stitching was different, had a different label. These guys are clearly running some weird re-selling business where they probably get stock from multiple manufacturers, but for $35 I don't really care. for nicer more expensive boots i doubt i would trust these guys, purchased a pair of those from sydneyrams and the quality feels far superior (ie wool, stitching etc)

    I dont see your point, this is part of the legal battle from a overseas company trying to shutdown the company UGG for trade marks but the link is trying to support its a generic term for a shoe,

    I think your getting confused with uggaustralia.com.au (this deal) vs the article which is being challenged by au.ugg.com (which is similar to the website you linked which is uggs.com.au notice the 's' on the url)

    Just to clear up the confusion in your concern,

      OP needs to read the article before firing. Uggs.com.au are the only original and legit Ugg company.

        I think the argument which i cant source apart from the website is the 'Operating Australia’s last and ONLY sheepskin tannery, for footwear guarantees that we are the only one in the world who has 100% Australian Made UGG boots from start to finish, 'Farm to Foot'.'

        Based on the ABN and Trademark its been in business for over 10 years and the above statment 'may' be correct,

        Looking at their details they seem to be located right next to a tannery on google

        No we are not owned by Deckers Corporation, they’re an American company manufacturing their UGG boots out of China.
        We are an Australian family owned company and manufacture everything onsite at our Tannery/Factory location @ 31-35 Gilbertson Road, Laverton North, Victoria.
        We are also opened to the Public if you would like to come have a look at our operations, thank you and regards

          You have admitted to outsourcing your soles. Previously it was overseas. In your last post it was South Australia. Have you since your last post started manufacturing soles onsite as well?

  Had mine for 2 years, noticed where the Heal makes contact the wool is balding…
  Wear them more than my Emu waterproof Ugg Boots tbh…Just easy to slip on..

  So could the wool last a bit longer (maybe)…
  Everything else on this slipper is still perfect….

  I’d buy again no worries….
