Linsar or ALDI 70"-75" TV? - Budget $1000

Just looking for a budget 70"-75" TV so these two come to mind under $1k, one is Web OS other is Tizen based. To be honest I'll simply run a PS4 if needed.

It's just a spare TV for the office area so won't need to be flash.

I have a 75" Hisence upstairs I'm happy with, so I'm not picky.

Aldi you can return if you do not like it, but 99.9% chance you will not be able to return the Linsar.

As such I would get the Alsi and if you do not like it you have 60 days to return it.

    • Yup, But do feel at times ALDI's special buys prices are not really something that discounted. So if other Linsar is a lot lot cheaper than ALDI then probably may wanna for that one, otherwise ALDI is def easier for returns

    1k isn't a big budget for a TV.

  • If it's any help to you. I purchased a 50" Linsar TV from this deal and for $283 it's been fantastic. It is not a smart TV so I just use a Chromecast.

I have the (aldi) bauhn 4k 75 inch. Its good for the price point $800. Great budget smart tv. Use it mainly for plex.

Bought the linsar. Picture is good not many local dimming zones and black look a bit washed out but not really a issue unless you are looking for it. only time i noticed it is if i pause plex and it goes to screen saver.

75" is big for a office but it certainly fits the bill as its only 32kg im looking for a cheap bracket that has 400x200 versa mounts i have a stud right where i want to mount it.

Also was using a wonderboom as proof of concept bluetooth sound bar works perfect.

Use lg thinq app to control basic function with phone easy. Youtube pushed videos nice and smoothly across.

refresh rate is poo from memory at 60hz but meh not a issue for me.
