  Before anyone asks, yes they sell Coles Myer GCs. And yes you can buy them and they'll be credited. AmEx don't know what you actually buy at these stores.

  I used this offer last week across 2 cards, and it's come up again. I also used $10 back on $100 at Liquorland. I'm swimming in gift cards.

  I've also got a $10 back on $100 at First Choice. I assume they sell Coles Myer gift cards too?

    Yes, they do. They have a limit of 5 per day same as Liquorland.
