Still Missing Cashback from First Choice Liquor Promo 7/8/22

Wondering how others have faired getting Cashback from the First Choice Liquor - Upsized 18% Cashback (Uncapped) @ Cashrewards from 7/8/22.

I've lodged a couple of enquires and Cashback standard response is that they are waiting on Supplier to confirm. My understanding at the time was that this was a known problem to FCL and Coles and that it was going to be given priority to resolve. I spent quite a few dollars in this promo and I'm feeling a bit bummed in the untimely response.

    • My thoughts exactly jv. My beef is with FCL in dragging their heels on this one, when it was known by them on the day that it was an issue. Reaching out to other OzBargainers to see if it's just me or others are in the same boat. If others have received their cashback then I will try and escalate my claim. If we are all in the same boat, I'll let it ride a bit longer……..

        It's part of Coles, don't expect any type of customer service from them…

  • Are you saying your purchase never tracked or it tracked, but waiting for approval?

    • Never tracked - was an issue on the day that FCL and Coles admitted to via OzBargain Forum. I have raised a claim after 7 days which is still showing as pending. I was thinking (obviously my bad) that because they knew of the fault early on that FCL/Coles would look to resolving quickly in the interests of customer confidence and customers willingness to participate in FCL cashback future offers.

        For data points, my FCL September purchase that tracked successfully was paid out last week.

    I am still waiting on $30.00 cashback from Groupon. Estimated date of approval 17-07-2022. That was 3 months ago!

      Not rare by the number of posts about cash back companies not tracking purchases.

    Hi, has anyone else had problems using Cashrewards with First Choice Liquor.
    There was a 20% cashback promo last week and I placed the order and picked up before it had expired.

    Got tracked in my click history but not in my rewards, so I had to send a claim.
    This is the 2nd time in a few weeks, not having any probs with SB just CR.

      Stop posting these non-tracking cashback whinges.

      Comment under the original deal, if you must have a whinge.

      • Better yet - deal with CR directly. They have mechanisms in place for this sh!t.

          Non-tracking happens - deal with it without posting all about it

            @[Deactivated]: This. I get the occasion non-tracking issue as well but I don't see the need to post on OzBargain about it when @tightarse and the CR Customer Service team are easily contactable.

            FWIW, I never have tracking issues with FCL as I use the CR app and mobile data.

              Although you can kill time and post multiple times here in the 24-72hrs it takes CR support to respond ..2 birds 👍
