In FPV we usually say “Just send it”, as long as you follow common sense and don’t be a dk you will be fine.

We aren't in the US so we should be fine, also I think you will find it was only blacklisted for military or government use.

Fpv controller is out of stock for a while. So forget flips before Christmas.
I got one recently. I registered but declined all other options. It's pretty fun and impressive when poking through the house and through trees outside. I'd never be so confident with a Mavic doing the same. I thought that joys stick controller thing would be shit house too but turns out it's pretty intuitive and responsive. I ordered the FPV contoller but would easily be happy with the joy stick.
It's a good one, but sadly you need to register as it's not allow to fly for recreation. Maybe wrong but better to check before placing an order.
