it will make you sick regardless
      .

  • anyone uses this for degreasing the drive train of their bicycles?

    • I was wondering the same. Doesn't look like there's anything overly harsh in there, so if nothing else it won't corrode.

    • I would try Simple Green (available at Bunnings)
Bonus is you can clean your whole house with it too.

      • I've used Simple Green in the past and am not impressed hence looking for alternatives.

  • isn't this somewhat abrasive?

    • na more delicate than baby soap. I wish I had tried it before I bought 20L. IMO its useless.

Really? In what way? Genuinely interested - that's not what a lot of the reviews say.

        • just doesnt clean appreciably better than water. wont touch grease or oil.

I read the reviews as well and that is why I bought it.

      • I disagree. I use CT18 on 4wds, motorbikes and they come up well.
        Far from useless..

This is good for washing house windows. Spray on and let it soak for 10mins then rinse. So easy

  • Any good for bathrooms, pools, veranda etc?

  • Is this what they also call "Truck Wash" ?

$59.79 with SCA ebay using TOPITUP code then pickup. Got it for $52 last time.

  • Can't seem to find the SDS for this product to check if it's still corrosive as the old truck wash by the same or similar name was.

If it is, I'd recommend keeping it away from anything ferrous, so no vehicles including bicycles.

    • New formula is pH neutral (as far as I remember correctly)

    • If its used on filthy semi trailers its great
Pretty bad reputation for stripping clear coat and attacking aluminium, but it happens over time. I honestly dont think they would have changed the formula considering they have the less harsh CT20 available.

That's what I remember it doing to a car of mine, one wash and I needed to replace some trim and have the wheels painted, it was so incredibly aggressive.
