The advantages of maestosa over soul are not worth the price difference. Unless you want 2 coffee hoppers, dual boiler or the ability to make 2 milk drinks at the sane time.

Magnifica Evo Titanium arrived today. Already setup and made a couple of coffees. Still in break in period, but so far very happy with it, having gone from a 9 year old basic Nescafe pod machine. Love how it's completely automatic, and as it was already on sale, got it down from $1400 to $659 delivered!

Hi @whorishmouth. It arrives in a shipping box, but unfortunately the shipping box is DeLonghi branded, with a big artwork of the machine itself. So unfortunately it'll be a no-brainer what's in there.

Does your coffee machine box have an old broken layer of duct tape underneath a new layer of duct tape?
No it was all one layer not two, just seemed odd that it was covered in coffee grinds
How much coffee grind is it? Have you checked if there’s any missing standard accessories or parts? Any water droplets in the water tank? If it is a returned unit from a previous customer then you should see signs of slight wear and tear.
@wtfnodeal: Check also the counter showing number of coffees made. Sometimes they forget to reset it
