      Just check my orders and appear to have the same issues.

      Update: contacted Amazon Live Chat, and they said that there appears to be some technical issue and will be fixed soon.

        Used online chat in Amazon app, staff said he can't find the orders so he assumed the orders were cancelled. But the actual balance was deducted and showing pending on gift card balance page

          This happened with the 39 piece kit tool check plus, the other day, for $89.54. deducted it from my gift card balance, shows pending, but no order.

          And damn, bought the ratchet screw driver for $56.51 back in July…. FFS

          Still broken.

          Tested a few combination, and it appears that order will go through if you order the item on it's own or 2 of the same item.

      EDIT: Chat with Amazon support, that guy keeps saying it is an amazon.jp order and tole me to contact with Amazon.jp, but I don't even have an amazon.jp account. so annoying.

          I contact them several times, and then someone of higher level stepped in and told me the order was cancelled due to the one item was cancelled. And I will be refunded in 3-5 business days. and also told me don't order that item again as it is out of stock and apparently their system is having issue about the stock status of the item.

                  @Aussybob: no. The orders didn't appear in my order list and the support team told me don't order the item (Wera WER05056490001 Tool-Check PLUS Bit Ratchet, 39 Pieces) again in 2 days before they fix the issue.

        And me - tho my combination was the Wera 5051461001 816 RA Ratchet Screwdriver + Wera Bit-Check 30 Pieces - similarly my order just "vanished", no email, no nothing but pending order on my gift card balance

        I havn't contacted support (how does one even do that?)

          Exactly same as my order, I contacted customer support, they said my order was from Amazon JP, 🤣, however, the issue has been reported, hopefully will be fixed soon.

      It is. its just a standard 1/4" hex bit holder on this ratchet handle though (with a lock and release system, that's the little black thing with the green band on the pointy bit.
      So it will fit but will be super stubby and less useful as you wont have the length of a regular screw driver shaft.

      My order for this shipped ok from GB.

      Had another order with a Wera and Knipex item, Wera has shipped from GB, the Knipex was weird for a while and said can't display in orders list. Eventually managed to drill down and it says preparing for shipment and now it shows in orders as well.

      Did have another Knipex order too which has shipped from Germany despite saying supplied from Amazon UK so I guess there's something going on with all this stuff

          I got order confirmation emails for all of them, and they did show up in my list. It was only part of one order that sort of disappeared for a while, there was something there but just said "this item cant be displayed" or something like that. It came back eventually, now that part also shows as Shipped in order list but if I click on Track Package it doesn't show as shipped yet so have to wait as see what's going on there.

          (OK, just got shipping email and tracking now showing on site, just took a while for the system to catch up I guess)

          Hopefully your orders get sorted

      LTT one is pretty exxy $ with shipping to Aus. $69 USD + $22 USD shipping from memory.
      So $142 AUD ($91 USD)

      This Wera is way less. 12 bits storage on the LTT is nice.

      All my Ghost orders suddenly appeared as well - many of them with repeated items which were about to be shipped - I've managed to cancel all the repeats (hopefully) and kept the two orders I actually want - some people not monitoring their emails and end up with shipped duplicate orders are probably going to be less than happy

    I got a whole string of emails confirminng all my vanished orders at around 5am so I logged in and managed to cancel all the extra ones. There's probably heaaaps of people with doubled-up orders; hopefully Amazon doesn't penalise them for returning them all.

      Via APG? I'm waiting on a few, some of my orders we sent split. One has landed in AU, hopefully comes tomorrow.
      Others are still at the "We got it" stage, haven't even gotten to "On it's way to airport" and one other doesn't even show up on APG tracking yet. Amazon tracking for that one shows its just bounced around between warehouses in Germany…
