Fingers crossed. Ebay is so hit and miss with regards to promotions and incentives.
Contact their chat support, play dumb and ask them when you will get the voucher. They replied me with this:
"I found that you were eligible to get the $80 voucher with eBay Plus subscription and so you accepted it and I am glad that you have also subscribed to it. Please allow me to share that as per the terms and conditions mentioned as well that, "Your $80 voucher will be emailed to you from 21 November. It will also be viewable at checkout or in My eBay." So, all is done now, you are just required to wait till the given period and the voucher will be emailed to you."
Worst case, it doesn't come but you have this chat transcript saved you can dispute them with.

am i doing something wrong with ebay communication preference? I NEVER get these emails from ebay apart from like account security tips etc. Like, NEVER any voucher through email.
I've been looking for an answer for that since long and am facing the same issue. I used to receive ebay emails for the Tuesday deals and other stuff regularly, which abruptly stopped. I cannot seem to find which ebay setting needs to be tweaked.
However I've noticed that all those promotional deal emails are also present as "messages" in the ebay account, once you login. So I've started logging into ebay regularly and checking "messages" and also "my ebay summary" for all promotional stuff. I guess this is the next best option.
As an example, I did not receive the "2 months Binge" offer in email but the code was present in my ebay "messages". So I just took it directly from there.
Sadly, did not receive this Hoyts offer and seems to be targetted. Well done to those who received it.
I sign up ebay plus and pay 49 dollars member fee by credit card. However i got foreign fee charges of my credit card. Everyone has same ?
Wow on OzBargain and still use a card which charges for a foreign currency txn even if the amount is charged in AUD. Call up your bank and have it refunded. Not worth their time to fight you for $1.5
Is it possible to check if eligible without email? I often don't seem to get them. Would this show up in the ebay summary as a code?
