Cancelled my order. Was due to collect now

Im here. Manager gave me 4 x 6 pack. Showed him order online. Refused to honor it. Told him thats fine as long as you compensate me for time wasted and travel. His is calling coles online now.

As a last attempt. The girl went next door and asked Liqourland for their stock to complete the order.
Liqourland lady said it was too cheap and wouldnt give it to her… (Dont you just love these people…its like she owns Coles and will effect her hip pocket).If they cancelled my order as an error…fair enough. By law, it is not illegal to sell zero beer to minors but supermarkets and bottle stores will ID.

Low alcohol beer (almost zero). Its basically a thin lager, lots of bubbles. Basically a champagne beer. Not as good as Heineken or Tinnies, but better than carlton or Great Northern zero.. Great Northern were $20 a slab when i went in to collect my order. But no interest from me.

I thought so as well when I tried 0% beer in Japan 5 years ago. Came back to try 0% in 2020 during lockdown and now I 100% only drink non alcoholic beer. It has its purpose. I love being able to exercise and drink and playing with kids and drink.
Totally, I decided to quit alcohol at the start of lockdown and found 0% beer a great way to still enjoy it.
In Vic, ordered 2 cartons of these ($25) along with other stuff (for min $50 pickup), ended up with 2x6 packs but got refund $25 so basically free 2x6 packs.

Ordered 4x slabs. Went for pickup and came out with 4x 6 packs. Managed to negotiate to take what stock they had (two slabs) and a substitute slab of Cooper's and they will refund the rest. That will do.
Received just 6 packs, staff are organising a refund.

I was told there is no substitution on beers.

Says / or said 24 pack everywhere mate. No argument re that. Dan Murphys agreed that Coles were selling them for that, but wouldnt price match (too cheap..ha!). Then manager said they dont match supermarkets.
I even copied the section out…go search "Size" on the page…but the good thing is Coles managers will likely miss that as you did :P

Pretty much a waste of time.
You'll need to call the online service to have someone from the front desk take the 6 packs back, and refund you at some point in the future.
I ordered 4 to get over the minimum order thing.
They came out with 4 x 6 packs for me, but after I showed them the screenshots with it saying they were supposed to be 24 packs, the manager refunded 3 of them and I got to keep the 24 beers.
She also threw in an extra couple of packs free for the inconvenience. So 6 x 6 packs in total for $13.50. Great price and service and she was helpful, so no complaints from me 🙂

ordered 4x 24-packs and my order was substituted with 8x 6-packs. Tried questioning it at the store but they said they couldn't do anything and referred me to the customer care phone number. After ringing them the guy saw I had only paid $50 for 4x 24-packs and told me the store must have refunded me partially for the substitutions (even though I knew that was the case haha)
In the end still got 48 cans for $50 though so I'm happy enough. Thanks OP

I went straight to the service counter and said there might be an issue. The tax invoice said one 6 pack but when I showed them the order for a carton they gave me the extra three. Happy days.Ordered 4 Cartons on Thursday night for $54 and an extra $4 extra for delivery.

My email isn't clear that it is a case and my online order is coming up as 6 packs now as the listing detail in the order is dynamic and represents the fixed listing now. I ordered pickup for today as this was the earliest time I could get to Coles.

@Chocobros: Yeah they tried that on me, I told them I would do a charge-back as they haven't fulfilled part of the order, they refunded the difference between the two cases and the two 6packs supplied.
