  Would this be better than a 6x3 kings gazebo, with a 3x3 tent insert and a 3x3 mesh room insert?

  Assume weather is not cyclonic, maybe regular wind and slight rain. Much worse than that and I'd pack up and go home anyway.

  2 adults with a 7 and a 9 year old.

    The tent would be much more difficult to setup and packdown and far larger than you'd require anyway

  If each room can fit only a queen bed, how can each room sleep 4 people? Also the colour of this tent means that light will penetrate - not good for sleeping in.
