Unlike Australia, USA pet food guidelines mandate that the ingredient list must be given. I go to this database when I want to know the ingredients in cat food. Unfortunately, since RC renames its food for the US market, you don't always know which one you are looking for.
Here's a general description of their food. Instinctive and a couple of the kitten foods are considered to be the best.

I do like jumboPets.com.au as they will list the ingredients rather than a description. Unfortunately, they don't stock this particular type of food.
