Hello I need a mini power bank for Thursday, rubber rather than shiny plastic, USB C and must be fairly compact. Need to be able to collect in-store Melb from an Officeworks or CPL type store… recommendations would be great. Cheers

I hear you, but I'm looking at brand recommendations… This is to power some associated video gear and will be seldom used. Would just prefer a rubber type textured one. Are the JB (Cygnett) one's any good?
I’ve had a 4400mah cygnett since 2014. Still works, except the outside is a bit sticky now.
Back in 2014 would get 3 full charges on an iPhone 5. Now I get 1 charge on an XR.

Are you just going to use it once? You can rent power banks from a range of kiosks all over Melbourne.
Kmart does some pretty cheap ones, else officeworks.
Is Amazon delivery really that fast?

There's a reason why we don't cover electronics with vulcanised rubber anymore, this will eventually break down after several years and revert back to it's non-vulcanised state, resulting in it basically turning from solid into a gummy / sticky liquid.
