driving around the suburbs or the city, it's perfect for that. Wouldn't trek long distances with it.
Same use as other mopeds, driving around inner city avoiding freeways. Especially attractive to 16 year olds who can't get a licence for anything faster.
Not so attractive to people with a bicycle.
Or people like me who live somewhere that is hard to get anywhere from without using a freeway. (would be more than twice the distance to work on this for me vs a bicycle or car/motorcycle).

Based on the specs - Fonz seem a much cheaper option in Australia
Not the most capable vehicle, but I'd just about be able to ride one to work in peak hour traffic (max 60kph zones on the way). I ride an escooter now though, so it'd have to save enough time to overcome rego+insurance.
I am finding it hard to understand what these could be use for?
