Yeah, order three, only get two, call them and have it ring out repeatedly, so approach them - politely - through their online feedback to notify them of the short delivery and be entirely ignored, twice. No more Red Rooster for this little black duck.

There online feedback form doesn't actually lead to anything. I've never received a response for the last time I sent feedback. Not even an acknowledgement that they've received it.
He should called the store directly, i had a missing pineapple fritter from my order before and they credited me for it and threw in a 1.25l coke as well.

could probably do 2 but these kind of box meals just dont re-heat really well…You can click and collect. But that defeats the purpose of this deal. I suppose this is decent considering your paying for the convenience and get to be lazy 😜

Why don't they reheat well? Microwave and air fryer should solve the problem?
There’s no way a ripper sub with herb mayo and lettuce is going to reheat well once it’s gone soggy I would think
I reckon it'd go okay if you open it and put it on a tray in the air fryer on max heat.

On the website it looks like you can do pickup with no min spend.
they really need to work on spicing their fried chicken, they have the crisp right, but no flavor whatsoever , also watery when you bite into it

Would be worth it if you could swap out the potato and gravy for something else. Potato powder and lard isn't appetising. Like why copy kfc's method of cheaply padding out meals when even they are starting to realise it's terrible and move away from it

I had royalty dollars from previous order and with cashrewards cashback, it came out to be ~$27 delivered. Whoever that is game enough to eat all 3 box meals in one sitting dont do it. I just ate one chaser box which has a burger and a mini rippa, p&g, chips and drink and Im stuffed.
Red rooster burgers and rolls gone down hill though. Burger does not even have burger fillet and is replaced by 3 little strips and no tomato like the ones before. I prefer the old menu by far.
Rippa box was a bit dissapointing.
Rippa roll with tender strips was mainly lettuce
Wings were really 2 small winglets - not the 3 part wing I was expecting. Could've read the description wrongTracking online for cash rewards is hit and miss for red rooster.
