The S7 can mop and vacuum on the one cycle as it lifts the mopping pad when traversing low-medium pile carpet. Thicker pile carpet will be damp as the wheels sink down into the carpet.
The Omni X1 will vacuum and mop hard floors. Won't go over carpets with the mopping attachments on so you'll have to manually remove them.

For those exclaiming about the price - compared to the cost of having a cleaner once a fortnight, this is actually a great economical alternative.
If you have pets it will not do as good a job as a decent vacuum even if it goes over the same location 5 days in a row.
I have roborock S6maxv , after one yearof usage its wheels have started slipping on glossy tile floor , it was repalced before 'coz of same reason but this is known problem and roborck tech teir 2 seems aware of this issue . Now looking for solution to add some friction into whlees .Very expnsive buy , should be good enough for that price.
Way overpriced for what it does. The law of marginal utility. But each to their own i guess. I remember watching vacuum wars saying raising the mop on carpets only works on low pile. So there's that. And Aurikatarina doesn't even use a vacuum.

Hi guys, has anyone received notice of dispatch for their orders? I received an confirmation email but no dispatch yet. One of the emails after purchase was from their support team which stated I could reply to the email if I had any questions. Well it seems I keep getting a "Delivery Incomplete" mail delivery subsystem reply. I'm a bit worried the website could be a scam site. Has anyone ordered from https://roborock.com.au/ before and received their products?
Same, have not received a dispatch yet.
I chatted with support last Monday and they said they were delayed with orders and apologies.

I emailed them 4 days back and got a reply today…

At 2pm I got an email confirmation with invoice and tracking number for shipment of order.
Not sure why they are holding up with items for shipment but I guess if anyone wants to do the same as me then that might work.
