    Normally, I get listerine total but it’s rarely on special anymore. Great deal! I can get five of these if I subscribe for the same price as a 1L of listerine.

      If you have an Aldi near you check out their mouthwash. I think it's $4.xx /L and I rate it to be same as Listerine

            @MeesusEff: i dont like the burn lol got a few swigs of their 1L big blue left - the only dentitex they have without alc is the small/500mL light blue "gentle care" one which i got next .

            i should get into oil pulling with coconut oil next autumn/winter coz hot weather makes me feel ick

    The ingredient cetylpyridinium chloride causes staining that can lead to further problems and needs to be cleaned off by a dentist. It seems to be in a lot of mouthwashes, but some don’t have it.

        My periodontist told me about it then I googled and found legitimate mention of it. I was using Oral-B Pro Health (the purple stuff) which I thought good, but it has that ingredient and in very small print warns about the straining. Ironic given they claims 'Cleans Teeth' as one of the 7 benefits off using it, but then a possible 8th benefit 'stains teeth'!
