    Can't see click and collect?

  • Seems to work on any item on the store

    • I can confirm that the 'Lowepro Volta 10 Black' has the option for pickup, but not the memory card.

      • okay weird. worked for me unless they fixed it. site seems slow..might be getting hammered.

  • OK seems to not be working for pickup anymore on the sd card. I will change the deal to the case

  • Got a case. Did not get charged. Now just waiting for pickup notification.

  • I got the SD Card in Brisbane for pickup.

  • Just grabbed the case :)
    Thanks OP

  • Worked for me, will see if it goes through though.

    • Went for the usb stick also. Gonna see if it goes through.

      • My order was cancelled. Unlucky

        • +1

I think all our orders did get cancelled as this is a westpac employee code only.

  • I think game over

    • for which item? just tested flash drive. still seems to be working

  • i tired clash drive for melbourne pick up and it is not working

    • tired again, it works. Copied a blank space in front of the promo code by mistake

  • Tried the USB but no luck. Got the case. Thanks OP :)

Feel like this or a 32gb USB drive would just be junk drawer fodder anyway.

    • +1

Dont know about you but im planning to use the lowepro volta as a cable pouch.

And i always have a use for USB sticks.

  • Placed a pick up order for the usb, thanks OP! Btw does anyone know how long they would keep the order for?

  • Ordered pen drive for click and collect, thanks op

Thanks. I used the code to get this 52mm Hoya CP filter for free:
    https://www.digidirect.com.au/clearance/hoya-52mm-circ-pol-p…

    • Went with this CP filter for pick up, it worked!

  • Pickup in Melbourne CBD.

      Lmao!

  • I think the deal was only supposed to be limited to one per customer

  • I got the usb pick up from Brisbane. Thanks OP!

    • order confirmation email?

      • Got to this screen.
YOUR CLICK & COLLECT HAS BEEN RECEIVED
Thank you for your purchase Your order # xxxxxxxxx
You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order. Then you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up.

It's been 1 hour, no emails yet.

  • It's $2 at DCW, if it's closer to you.

    https://www.digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au/lowepro-volta-10-c…

I guess people are not buying it for cameras?

    • Im buying it to use for storing cables and other assorted stuff like usb drives.

  • I guess by now a lot of you may have realised the Sort By Low Price doesnt sort according to a discounted price (if one exists) but only by the original listed price.

    • Thats easy. Pick anything below $10. Then select pickup. Choose which store. Then. Profit.

  • No love for South Australia…

  • thanks Op, got usb pick up from Melb

  • Thanks OP

  • -4

You can actually do this multiple times. I ordered both picking up sydney cbd but expecting a cancellation on monday. I'll stop there and leave some for others.

    • At best they will probably honor only 1 order per email. Worst case no free stuffs for you.

      • Have not received any confirmation email yet. Im actually not expecting anything to be honoured. Giving it a shot just like everyone else.

  • note that you need to select a location to pick up from, otherwise it will give you an error.

thanks op for the free thumb drive!

  • Ordered USB for Melbourne pickup, let's see if they will honour it.

  • Has anyone received an order confirmation email?

    • +1

I got 2 confirmations emails but still says pending on the website so not sure.

  • +1

Confirmed that I've got an order in for the USB pick up at Melbourne CBD. Fingers crossed!

Also another 5" Bag for anyone who is interested: https://www.digidirect.com.au/photo-accessories/bags-and-cas…. It was free after applying the code as well.

    • Itried that case but only coming up as delivery only and its charging delivery.

      • I was able to get it pick up at Melbourne CBD. Keep refreshing :)

        • +1

Tried again and was able to put in the order for 5" bag.

  • +1

    Not for SA lol

  • Works for Sydney :D

  • Got this 49mm CPL for 4 bucks pickup. Thanks OP!

  • Thanks OP. Code still works.

  • Is it only certain items that work for C&C?

    • +1

Try adding a couple of things like the listed flash drives into your cart. The C&C option should appear. You can then remove these until just your item remains and checkout.

At least that worked for me on the Peak Design packable tote!

      • Thank you, it worked!!

        • I tried different products and different total amounts and it shows Delivery option only, there's no click & collect.
I tried it in Chrome and Firefox

          • @bob19: I added the flash drive in the original post and it came up. I’m not sure how it was for others but when you try to edit cart it should come up through there.

          • +1

@bob19: Try the stuff in this or the other posts like the sandisk sd cards. IIRC what specifically worked for me was the Lexar flash drive..?

            • +1

@hyper4ctive: Thank you. I added SD card to Lowepro 5.0 and Lowepro 10 and C&C option appeared. Then removed SD card and Lowepro 10 and everything worked fine. Cheers

  • Managed to order the flash drive for pickup in Sydney. Thanks OP!

  • +2

Can buy Panasonic Eneloop AA - 2 pk OR Panasonic Eneloop AAA - 2 pk for just $2.71
    https://www.digidirect.com.au/panasonic-eneloop-aa-2-pk

  • Looks like the case is only available for delivery now, along with another sub-$10 Lowepro case.

Settled for the 32GB USB drive.

  • It's a shame I can't add this item to cart. There's nothing else on their store below $10 that I want.

  • Great deal as needed Mini 3 Pro propellers which came down to $9 !!!

  • Thanks got hdmi picked up

  • not bad, this is essentially 10 bucks off anything

got a multi USB charger with PD and QC3 that I was going to get anyway. shipping is free, too

    • +1

Shipping free, how. For me its showing $9 shipping.

      • dunno mate, maybe just their shipment calculator

    • Party over. They must have gotten flogged.

  • hips of problems. Tried many payment options & failing. This morning pay succeded to get message nothing in the cart & not Coupon code no valid :(
    Waster>$10 on trying

  • Oh yes, the party is over. Waiting for cancellation email now 😂

  • I am late to the party, but what was the deal with the code?

Was it meant for westpac customers only?

Was it meant to have a minimum spend but didnt? I can't find the link to the deal for the code by itself.

  • Thank you for your order.

Due to your ordered item being out of stock, we will have our supplier ship one out to us.
It generally takes 7-14 business days for stock to arrive at our stores. However, please keep in mind that this is subject to supplier stock availability. We will inform you via email once again once the item has arrived in our store.

    Your patience is appreciated.

So you're telling me there is a chance?

    • I haven't received a follow up email beyond the initial confirmation email, maybe orders made earlier are getting through?

      • +2

That email was just about one order which i am not sure which one as i ordered three different things. But if i get any at all i would be happy. Since im not expecting anything.

  • +1

I had a phone call from the store. They said that you have to bring evidence that you work for Westpac.

    • I bank with westpac. Does that count?

      🙃

I have a feeling this code was a westpac staff only code that someone made a boo boo and released out on the intarwebz.

      • +1

If you have installed the Honey extension, it retrieves this code.

    Just got this email:

    *Dear <Name>,

You have recently made a purchase at digiDirect using the coupon code WESTPAC10, which is reserved for single use by employees of Westpac and its affiliated companies.

This order requires additional information before it can be processed to ensure your eligibility for the offer. Please email [email protected] with the following:

If you have used the coupon mentioned above more than once, please advise which order you wish to process (by including the order number), as this is a single use coupon for each customer.
Ensure the email sent is from your Westpac (or affiliate) email address to verify your employment, and therefore eligibility, for the offer.
Please do this no later than 23rd November 2022, 4pm (Sydney time). At this time, if we have not received verification of your Westpac employment, we will be cancelling your order and issuing a refund if you have made payment.
    Kind Regards,

    team digiDirect*

Guessing we're out of luck :(

    • Same

    • same here…

    • What if I'm someone who works for Westpac without email access? BTW are the user-ids of the reply-to addresses of these emails unique? Mine ends in -C1ES4.

BTW, could someone here who works for Westpac tells us the terms of the original offer (either that or act as my shill.)

  • +2

If other online stores can restrict coupon code to single transaction and certain conditions only and control orders based on real-time inventory level, why can't Digidirect? This reffects poorly on their management.

  • Got an email to verify the employment with Westpac. Otherwise they will cancel the order.

  • Got the same email requiring to send proof of employment etc. What is our plan here?
