      Yeah I got mine today and am in the process of updating the language through the app. My guess is grey import due to all the paper instructions being in Japanese!

      Ninjabuy responded to my query. They said it is the 'global version' and the warranty is the same. But they stopped short of admitting it is grey import. They also offered a small compensation which seem to be an admission that this assumption is correct.
