        Spec-wise they are quite similar, the only notable difference would be their shape.

          Not similar spec wise, the DeathAdder V2 Pro uses a different sensor, optical stitches rather than mechanical ones, has PTFE feet (the feet on the basilisk X hyperspeed are pretty garbage), and it also has RGB if that's your thing.

            @DeToxin: I'd say that none of those are particularly meaningful differences, compared to weight and battery life. None of those differences you'd easily notice during regular use other than RGB and maybe the feet, which are replacable.

            Sure if you were to compare the 2 in a vacuum I'd agree the DAv2 is better, but I'm just saying they're similar enough that you wouldn't consider an upgrade off these specs alone.

              @ob dia: Yes I wouldn't consider it as an upgrade for @superforever if they are wanting to ditch their basilisk XHS.

              Just wanting to note that there are some key differences. The switches are quite different (basilisk feel better to me) but the feet on the basilisk are really quite noticeably shyte.

            @scaryspace: They will give you a quote via email and if you're happy with that price you'll need to tell them via email and they will generate a sale order for you to take it to your nominated TGG store.

    Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen is the worst smart device you can get - custom os that never updated, youtube app is terrible there, too talkative - every time gives you useless long voice instructions instead of action you asked for. hate it every time i am using it

      I'd say the original google home is.
      It used to be awesome and responsive but now it often hears incorrectly and takes a while to respond to a question.
      It's almost like it has been updated to run worse as a sort of forced obsolescence, I don't think it can be reset either.

      I have the hub v1. Works as expected. I have received software updates. No lag when giving instructions. Generally works as needed. Note that I'm not using it to navigate YouTube. Check the quality of the connection. That certainly delays action execution.

    I literally just bought Bose QC 45's for $350 with student discount. I've heard so many people say XM5's are better but the XM4's have horrible reviews regarding moisture affecting the charging capability and Sony refusing it under warranty. Anyone have any idea if this has been addressed in the XM5's?

    I much prefer the Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed over the V2 Pro. The build quality is a bit worse but the benefit of easy to replace batteries eliminates the need for a cord entirely and there is no beating that.

    Just watched a review of the Razer Deathadder V2 Pro. Apparently not bad but very mushy, light button clicks. Guess that's a personal preference, but I don't like mushy.
