Pretty cheap for a brand name Nespresso machine. I've seen these for at least $200. Sat June 30 Only.

  • Surprised someone else hasn't posted this considering it was on the same ad as the $500 cash off for ultrabooks and the Toshiba laptop deal. Don't computer geeks like coffee?

    • We all tunnel-visioned on the ultra books. Nothing else mattered except those and the fine print.

  • +1

Why you still up at 1am? Probably because you drink too much coffee..

  • Anyone own one of these? Very tempted, but not sure about the manual controls.. Even my Aldi one has automatic controls, but nespresso is definitely a step up.

    • manual means you need to stop the coffee flow by urself but automatic, you can set to have it as how many ml each time. :-> You need to stand at the machine to prepare to stop it when the coffee mug is full :)

I dont' think it is a big deal for manual as it will take less than one minute to finish the process anyway.

  • Head down there now can someone who has this one comment on it please. Automatic/manual whats the difference and can capsules from Aldi be used with this thanks.

  • The picture shows the milk frother with it - and a lot of other websites are showing this machine coming as a package with the mill frother… Does anyone know if you get both?

  • Guys I bought one a few months back and its the best thing ever!! and yes it comes with both frother and machine =]

  • Thanks OP, just picked one up.

  • Just bought one from Chatswood HN at 148
    2 years warranty.
Including the frother and some free sample capsules.
The only difference between this manual one and the $300 model is that you need to press the button again to stop the process making coffee, everything else is the same.
I got the auto at home and just bought this one for my office.

    • +1 to this. I bought this one for $160 6 months ago in the last Nespresso cash-back promotion. It is the best kitchen gadget i've ever bought and is still in use 2 or 3 times a day.

I've just bought a second one at HN Midland for the office too! No more crappy burnt coffee for me :) FYI, they had about 6 left in Midland at Midday.

  • swiftsport: the capsules from aldi don't fit into this machine.

  • Bought one at HN Springvale Victoria.
Have had a hard thought about it but couldn't resist the price, such a bargain!
Came with the milk frother and 16 started capsules. 2 years warranty.
Friends commented that manual flow is actually a good idea as you can control the amount of coffee you want.

  • how do these compare to the citiz which you can get from amazon for around $200??

    • Hi j450n74y,
I use both and I can assure you the 2 machines produce the exact same result. it really comes down to your preferences and the style you like.
the citiz is bigger and probably more stylish, the essenza is compact. the fact that is manual is really not a big deal as you can see from my videos here.
