      Your guides are amazing. I've had my machine, a Sunbeam Barista Plus since Feb and have tried a number of different coffee brands. I have never factored in "yield", only time and and dose. What an incredible difference. I found I was producing about 3 X the recommended yield using the machines double shot automatic button. Increasing the fineness of the grind and decreasing the yield has made a world of difference so thanks!

        Our brew guides are a very general point in the right direction for brewing up each of our specific blends/single origin coffees, but controlling your dose, time and yield will always give you fairly good control on the brewing result.

  Just got mine from last week. Really nice blend for milk-based coffees. Plenty of body with a really great, rounded aftertaste. Hope to see more deals in the future!

    That's so great to hear - thanks for placing an order with us, it really means a lot to us.

    Yep, 4-5 weeks is generally the timeframe the beans will remain fresh and flavourful.

    After that they will slowly decrease in flavour, body etc.

    You could always freeze a portion of whole beans and defrost them as you need them - this will extend the shelf life of your coffee :)

  I got mine delivered 2 days ago. Unfortunately the packaging was broken and beans had fallen out. Looked like someone had stabbed the packing with a sharp knife or something. Haven’t been confident enough to try the coffee as yet. What do you suggest I do? I understand it’s a delivery issue . Also don’t have a good container to store the remaining coffee. I usually use the resealable packs 🙃
